When I signed up for the 2023 Manchester Half Marathon earlier this year, it was to raise money for the Christie Hospital who had been helping my friend and best mate, Arthur through his fight with Prostate Cancer.

Arthur lost his fight, but the battle goes on to try and conquer this awful disease, so please help in any way you can (a couple of quid?) and help those who are still fighting.
